Conference Law in the digital era

On the 9th of March 2012 the free-of-charge Legal Research Master Conference of Utrecht University will take place. This years topic is 'law in the digital era'. The conference’s topic is explored through the fundamental question whether the law needs to be adapted to fit cyberspace. Are our traditional ways of rulemaking digitalisation-proof? Explicit reference is made to the famous scholarly debate on this topic between Jack Goldsmith and David Post.
